I love your dolls Patti. I went to a gallery in Laguna Beach California in 1960. There were dolls hanging everywhere on little swings and floating through the air, and I realized that I wanted to be a doll maker. Well, life became very full with many children and life changes and through the years I had made many dolls for my little ones. But, it wasn't until two years ago I attempted to make art dolls. I had some successes that surprised me, but I do have one question. In the supply section the name of a certain type of fine pens to do the fine outlining that doesn't run are bleed. I have ordered so many pens and none of them work properly, and I would like to know if you could give an actual brand that you use on your dolls. Just seems to be the case with all the doll makers I have books on,. But, I would like something specific if you could help out. Thank you. 😊

Hi Jill. I just found your channel. I have never painted silk. I have a wine colored silk upholstered accent chair. I want to darken it to dark brown- black. I thought about wood staining over the fabric to bring it down just to darken and tone down. Can I use wood stain to achieve this? Thank you.❤

What a treat to come across this little video, and lovely to 'see' you again. Your sketchbooks are works of art in their own right. I often think of you as every day I look at a piece of your work which my husband bought for me from the Black Swan Gallery in Frome, many years ago. It is a Cretan hillside with olive trees, at dusk. I think it's title is 'Cretan Dusk' and I never tire of it.

I took a class. The syllabus was in error. She taught a six hour class but only taught for less than an hour with very little meaningful content. Students then asked the same questions over and over which I had to listen to. She sold 174 seats which meant you, if you did the math, you could only talk two minutes. (If she didn’t teach at all). But others talked far more. Basically meaning the class was oversold/oversubscribed. But she made $4300 dollars from this class. I consider this a scam. When I complained she was VERY rude. Nothing like the spiritual guru she likes to present herself as on UA-cam. Don’t take a class with her. Obviously her only motivation is greed!!!! This review represents my experience.
